SHELOVESTOFISH.COM POLICIES

SHIPPING

All SheLovesToFish.com orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service and as such, all shipments must be addressed to your Post Office Box rather than any physical home street addresses (if applicable). If you do not have a Post Office Box, then proceed with providing your physical home street address for your shipping address.

From the time your order is placed and payment has cleared, we strive to meet a guarantee of your order being ready for carrier pick-up within 24 business hours. SheLovesToFish.com is pleased to offer a NO CHARGE shipping program for orders shipping to a US address when the total order exceeds $50.00 USD (after all discounts and/or coupons are applied). SheLovesToFish.com provides all customers with Order Status Update emails which include the United States Postal Service tracking number.

Unless Priority or Express shipping methods are purchased by the customer, all orders will ship via United States Postal Service First Class Economy Ground. It is also important to note that all shipments default to the slower United States Postal Service Economy Ground standard, unless the customer specifically purchases one of the other available expedited options such as: United States Postal Service Priority or United States Postal Service Express. United States Postal Service First Class Economy Standard Ground, depending on the weight of your package as well as your postal zone, can take anywhere between 3-15 business days (Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays excluded). Please note that SheLovesToFish.com is NOT capable of controlling any outside vendors/shipping carriers and therefore we cannot guarantee package arrival times. All customers will receive tracking information within your order status emails. Shipping cost options are based on carrier rates by package weight, dimensions, and Postal Zone. SheLovesToFish.com does not charge or tack on any additional shipping and handling fees.

If you require faster arrival for your shipment, please consider choosing one of the following expedited shipping options as listed below.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING OPTIONS

PRIORITY SHIPPING

You may choose to purchase PRIORITY shipping with the United States Postal Service. By choosing this option, your order will be picked and packed within 12 business hours. Your shipment should arrive between 2-4 business days within the continental USA from the time the carrier has picked up your package from our store. Shipment arrival times can vary depending on your Postal Zone in relation to our east coast distribution center location.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

You may choose to purchase EXPRESS shipping with the United States Postal Service. By choosing this option, your order will be picked and packed within 6 business hours. Your shipment should arrive between 1-2 business days within the continental USA from the time the carrier has picked up your package from our store. Shipment arrival times can vary depending on your Postal Zone in relation to our east coast distribution center location. For customers that select the United States Postal Service EXPRESS shipping option, please note, in order to meet the guaranteed arrival time, orders must be placed by no later than 10:00am E.S.T. the same business day.

SheLovesToFish.com has no control over third party carriers, however the United States Postal Service does guarantee to meet delivery time for EXPRESS shipments. We expect the United States Postal Service to honor their guarantee and suggest that our customers hold the United States Postal Service to this promise.

DELAYS, DAMAGES AND DISPUTE CLAIMS

SheLovesToFish.com is not responsible for packages, or guaranteed delivery times once packages have been scanned and picked up by the United States Postal Service. By placing your order, you agree that SheLovesToFish.com will have met its burden of proof of shipment to you as officially verified once the package has been scanned upon pick-up by the United States Postal Service.

If there is any challenge in late arrival, we highly recommend and will support you with documentation where possible to file a direct claim against the United States Postal Service but as per the United States Postal Service rules, the recipient (you, the customer), must be the one to start the claims process.

Only PRIORITY and EXPRESS shipped items receive coverage for loss or damage by the United States Postal Service. First Class United Postal Service shipments are not covered for loss or damage. PRIORITY shipments will receive coverage of up to $100.00 USD while EXPRESS will cover the value of the first $250.00 USD of the shipment.

In a world of multitasking, third party vendors, and changing common carriers, we find it better to be safe than sorry and thus, highly recommend you select PRIORITY or EXPRESS shipping options if you need an item insured. If you do select PRIORITY or EXPRESS and a package does arrive damaged, please contact us within 24 hours at our customer service email. Please ensure you provide us with all the details so we can begin the process of helping you file your claim with the United States Postal Service. As per the rules of the United States Postal Service, YOU (the customer/recipient), are the sole responsible party for initiating the filing of any claim. In the event of the arrival of damaged product(s), YOU, the customer, are responsible for keeping all ORIGINAL packaging, any included documents or paperwork as it will be required to verify authenticity of your claim with the United States Postal Service. In addition, we highly recommend you take supporting photos to document any damages.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are happy to provide shipping to select international countries. All international addresses must be capable of being internationally VERIFIED by PayPal and/or the United States Postal Service. All international customers will receive tracking information within your order status emails. You can choose, and will pay for exact weight based charges with regards to your selection of United States Postal Service First Class International, Priority International, or Express International shipment options, based on your desired arrival time. Please take into consideration that all international packages MUST go through United States outbound customs as well as your countries in-bound customs processing, which may or may not add up to 45-75 additional business days to your packages arrival time. If applicable to your country, all customs duties and import taxes are NOT PREPAID and as such any additional fees are the sole responsibility of you as the buyer, once the package arrives in your country. SheLovesToFish.com will not intentionally misrepresent any information within customs paperwork, so please do not ask us to, as this puts us, as the seller, and you as the buyer, in a potential legal bind. All international purchases MUST be processed in UNITED STATES CURRENCY (USD) funds through our payment processor, PayPal and its accepted various credit card payment options. All shipping, special upgrades, and oversized (longer than 106cm) or overweight handling charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Since so few insurance claims are honored by foreign countries, insurance on shipments is NOT an option, UNLESS you select the United States Postal Service EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL option, in which you are covered under their policy and standards.

Online tracking progress will be available from pick-up at SheLovesToFish.com store to the point of outbound United States customs for all international shipments. Tracking information beyond that is not available and therefore no arrival times can be guaranteed or estimated for any shipment utilizing the United States Postal Service First Class International Service. United States Postal Service Priority International and Express International provide most foreign countries with full outbound and inbound tracking.

MULTIPLE PACKAGES

We CANNOT ship to MULTIPLE LOCATIONS within one single order as all items must be shipped to the same address. If you would like different items shipped to separate addresses (for example with gifts for family or friends, hotel locations, for tournaments, work locations, etc.), you must place and process separate orders for each shipping address.

INVENTORY / BACKORDERS

With the SheLovesToFish.com site, the inventory you see as available when you select a model/size/color is the inventory amount you can order and is what we currently have in stock. SheLovesToFish.com prides itself on always ensuring accurate fulfillment. We are one of the best in the industry at an over 99.44% fulfillment and in-stock accuracy rate. In the rare instance where our automated inventory software shows an item to be available but we end up being out of stock for that item, we will apply an immediate refund back to you (of only the cost of that product minus any coupon/discounts) for the item that we were unable to ship and will proceed with sending the remaining items from your order. SheLovesToFish.com does not keep any orders on a backorder status, but you as a customer can request to be notified by email when an item comes back into stock.

RETURNS

It is the policy of SheLovesToFish.com to provide 100% customer satisfaction. If an item you received was NOT what you ordered, SheLovesToFish.com will cover the return shipping cost for the incorrect item, and will also cover the cost of shipping the correct product to you once we have received the incorrect item at our store.

If you ordered an item that does not meet your expectations, or ordered an item in error (through no fault of SheLovesToFish.com), you may return this item (or items) as long as items are in original packaging with no damage to the packaging or product.

Please ensure you provide your order number along with a detailed description of the challenge you have had, and our staff will respond with the best way to resolve the problem.

For your protection, we suggest insuring all packages being returned as we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or COD returns. Any credits, if authorized and determined due, will be issued once the item is received in re-retailable condition. Please note that refunds or credits processed back to you will be done via the method of payment of the original purchase and may not appear for one to two billing cycles.

WARRANTY

All items sold on SheLovesToFish.com are covered by individual manufacturers’ warranties against defects in workmanship and/or materials. Any return based on a warranty claim is NOT covered by the SheLovesToFish.com Return policy, but is instead handled directly between you as the consumer, and the manufacturer in question.

If you are looking to return an item due to a manufacturer’s defect (through no fault of SheLovesToFish.com), the manufacturer will require the defective item(s) be sent directly to their factory for replacement, repair, or warranty coverage.

Warranty problems almost always occur within the first 3-5 uses. Damage occurred from abuse, misuse, or general long-term wear-and-tear will not be cause for a warranty claim. For warranty claims or questions, please feel free to contact us directly via email outlining your defective issue and our staff will help you with the process and procedure to submit the product(s) back to the manufacturer.
