Sponsors & Friends

The following companies support my fishing dreams! Please help me support them! I couldn’t fish as much as I do without them.

Fishing has connected me with so many incredible people over the years, some that have become some of my closest friends. Below are some solid anglers and people in the industry that I highly suggest connecting with, learning from, or hiring for a charter.

Happy client Paul from New Jersey (right), and Nicholas Werner (left).

Nicholas Werner – Werner’s Angling Adventures

Nick is one of the nicest guys I know and is a heck of an angler coming from a walleye tournament background in the United States. We’ve shared some awesome experiences out on the water chasing Bay of Quinte walleye! You can find Nick guiding for walleye full-time during the open water season on the Bay and posting lots of updates about his adventures with clients and friends on social media. Nick is definitely an expert on the Bay of Quinte and I highly recommend him.

Jason Matity (left) and Jeff Matity (right).

Jason and Jeff Matity – Matity’s Get Fishing

I had the pleasure of meeting Jason and Jeff during my trip to the Regina Outdoor Sports Show in March 2015. These two brothers quickly became two of my favourite people. I had my best pike fishing experience ever through the ice thanks to these guys and can’t wait to fish in Saskatchewan with them again! Jason and Jeff have backgrounds in biology and videography making a perfect combination to share and educate anglers through their videos, website, articles and social media channels. They are extremely knowledgeable on multi-species year-round angling and you can always learn something from them.

Myself with the Rock ‘N Roll Fisherman and a huge cat!

Todd Longley – City Cats Fishing

A few years back I had the opportunity to fly to Manitoba and experience some insane channel cat fishing on the Red River with Todd Longley! Todd is a guide on open water and on the ice based out of Selkirk, Manitoba. He’s aptly known as the ‘Rock ‘N Roll Fisherman’ and when you meet him, you’ll know why. Todd is passionate about introducing newcomers to the sport and is a huge part of many kids events held in the province. Look Todd up if you’re traveling to Manitoba and want to get into some monsters!

John Anderson, myself and an Ottawa River musky.

John Anderson – Ottawa River Musky Factory

John is not just a local musky fishing legend on the Ottawa River, but he’s one of the best in North America. I met John on a few occasions and am very thankful that I’ve had the opportunity to get out on the water with him and learn more about musky. John is a full-time guide (throughout the musky season) and has been chasing these magnificent fish since the 70’s. You can catch one of his seminars in the off season or stay up to date with his updates on Facebook.

Erik Luzak – Bass Class

I met ErikĀ  back in 2009 and we’ve shared some fun experiences both on open water and on the ice. Erik is a successful tournament angler who also runs a program called ‘Bass Class’ out of the Kawartha’s in Ontario. He teaches clients of all fishing skill levels about bass fishing and other species. In 2018, Erik and I partnered up to fish the FLW Canada Cup on the Bay of Quinte, and took home first place!
