My blog has been quiet lately but it’s only because after a busy summer of travels, I’ve been fortunate to write about my fishing adventures for other websites and publications. I am very grateful to write year-round for various outlets (and I’m always on the lookout for new opportunities, too)! I plan to make a better effort to share the links to my recent articles here on my blog moving forward.
One blog that was just recently published was on my fishing adventure over the summer with German Fishing Superstar Babs Kijewski! Following along with Babs’ adventures on social media over the years, I never dreamed I’d have the opportunity to share the water with her! Over the summer Babs visited Ontario and invited me along on a carp fishing adventure. I was beyond thrilled at this opportunity! Babs was in Ontario to film carp fishing segments for her YouTube Channel. I made a quick appearance after bringing in a carp via her inflatable kayak. What a riot that was! The video is primarily filmed in German, but there are some English-speaking segments as well.
